What Causes Dizziness Affected By Movement And Loss Of Balance?

II have experienced dizziness which is affected by movement and a slight loss of balance recently. I have been diagnosed with surfers ear a couple of years ago. It has been mentioned to me that it could be Meniere s disease. Is this possible. I am a 62yr old male school teacher

Noted your history of off balance slightly and dizziness affected by movement.
That you have been diagnosed by Surfer's ear a couple of years ago.
Yes, it could be Meniere's, but are lacking other component of it like rotational vertigo, headache and tinnitus as you have not mentioned means taken as not present.
Hence the cause may be related to high blood pressure, ear infection or any other cause.
I would advise in such a case the following:
Get a clinical evaluation by an ENT Surgeon and examination and investigations as per the findings to get the correct diagnosis and plan a proper treatment.,
