What Causes Dizziness After A Retinal Detachment Surgery?
I had a retinal detachment surgery in 15th of August. My left eye was filled up with gas and until 15th of October I had the face down position until the gas disapeared from my eye. But now I am so dizzy and I have a strange feeling, I see the vertical line is not streat. I feel something is in my eye. Is possible this symptoms with time will dizapear?
Hello It seems from the history that you have undergone retinal detachment surgery. Following surgery you are having distorted vision and dizziness. These symptoms are usually because of macular edema secondary to surgery. These symptoms will resolve as the edema caused by surgery decrease, hence there is no need to worry.
