What Causes Dizziness After Administering Kenalog Injection?
I just had a kenolog 40mg injection into my trigger thumb and within 10 minutes of the shot I felt funny,dizzy light headed and tingling numbness over body extremities. My blood pressure shot up to 2004/108. I took .25 mg Xanax for my anxiety and went to the Emergency room. Eventually my blood pressure came down. Is this from the injection? I’m I allergic to it?

It doesn't seem allergy. It is more of an autonomic (adrenergic) response to the injection. Since it happened after injection, it is most probably related to injection. Maybe you shot it in a nerve or a tense fibrous tissue. Another cause could be a rare but serious side effect. In such case, either avoid it or try a lowermost dose next time.
