What Causes Dizziness After Doing Ammonia Test On Fish Aquarium?

After I rinsed the test tube in the sink, I began to feel dizzy and I thought I smelt an ammonia-like smell. Have I been poisoned, or am I just psyching myself out after reading the warning labels?
It is a transient response and will settle by itself. No definite treatment is required. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
