What Causes Dizziness After Eating Chocolates?

Hi im 14 weeks pregnant and everytime i eat chocolate whether it's cake or just a piece of chocolate after 1 or 2 bites i get very dizzy and feel hot like i need to lie down. This has never happened to me and i love chocolate.what could be the cause? Harmful to my baby?

hello,welcome to healthcare magic forum.Its because of pregnancy happening.as such it will not harm your baby but i will suggest you if it does not suits you then avoid taking chocolates and cakes now.After delivery again evrything will be normal.take care.
