dear sir, i feel very tired dizzy and feel hungry after discharging spam even my cock become small after every intercourse and very next day I feel tired and pains remain in my chest and in abdomen. Headache also grips. This situation prevails more than 4 days and after taking heavy and rich foods, feel a bit relax and withinthat time I can not make any physical relation. Pls adv to overcome these problems and I am very much anxiety about heat pains.
