Hello,Welcome to the HCM
Brief..History is incomplete, need some more questions to be answered.
Detailed answer...Since tacrolimus can cause severe anemia ,decreased white blood cells, confusion state and depression and troubling sleep, all side effects can contribute to falling down, dizziness and depression.
My question is that did she continue having tacrolimus for some time after transplant or stopped just before transplantation. What is her age ?
If she has having other problems too like itching, bumps in skin, fever or pain in abdomen...Note down these symptoms and discuss promptly with your doctor,to rule out other cause.
Other wise repeat total blood count and CT brain to rule out other problems ,after discussing with your doctor.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull.
