What Causes Dizziness After Taking Altace?

Hi I ma currently taking Altace 10 mg once daily and I recently started talking apple cider vinegar. Previously my Blood pressure has been under control 120/80 on the nose. Today I feel dizzy and light headed I wanted to know if apple cider may cause these symptoms?

Hi,

Ramipril may cause postural hypotension in few patients to lead to giddiness. Take the table at night after dinner. Still, symptoms persist please reduce the daily dose still not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
