What Causes Dizziness After Taking Medication For Anal Fissure?

Hi, I am suffering from anal fissure for 2 years. My doctor suggested me to take duphalac syrup (30 ml) plus lactifiber powder (2 spoons) daily for 2 months. But when I use these medicines I feel dizziness and sometimes I feel faint. Could someone tell me whether it is safe to take these medicines and advise any alternate for these medicines. Thank you.

these drugs are absolutely safe and does not cause such side effects. the reason for dizziness could be something else. kindly consult your doctor again for same.
