ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
There seems to be raised blood pressure.
Raised Blood pressure would have caused the nasal bleed which would have trickled down the throat and came with the cough.
And raised blood pressure would have cause the dizzy feeling.
It is suggested to get your blood pressure checked.
If not raised then get an ENT consultation for examination of nose and chest and ears.
In absence of trauma there could not be bleeding .
It could also have happened that due to constant coughing the blood would have come from the chest and that constant coughing could also sometimes cause dizzy feeling .
These could have been the probabilities , but you need to be examined.
In doubt do reply
