What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision After Taking Fluorocarbon 0.1 Mg?

Yes my husband was put on fluorocarbon 0.1 mg today for weakness pasting out he gets dizzy and his eyesight gets burry his body gets clamy and cold can t walk losses his balance has been going on every since his 5 by pass on heart 3years ago thinks he s not getting enough blood to brain blockage

I hope this is not the case .it is usual to have blurry vision and slight difficulty in walking.all these symptoms will over till evening.
