What Causes Dizziness And Blurriness Of Vision?

hi i was wondering if somethings wrong with me or im just paranoid,my vision is really really bad. i cant make out faces or letters from a far. i cant see letters even from 10 feet away unless there really really bold.in fact recently i been feeling really dizzy when i go outside i feel like everythings off balance ,it gets to the point where i have to hold on to something not to be funny or anything but i feel like im going to fall up into the sky .i did some research and it said your equilibrium has something to do with your eye sight and ears. i think maybe something is wrong with my equilibrium and sense of balance. earlier this year i had a severe ear infection it got to the point where one ear was completely out of order and the other almost got to that point.it lasted a whole month and half. now i fear its comming back. everytime i yawn or swallow my ears pop. i feel that my ear infection,my really poor eyesight, has something to do with my equilbrium.i dont know how to explain this but the black circle in my left eye looks really odd compared to my good eye which is my right eye. and whats really weird is that my right eye is a regular black circle shape and my left looks like this
