What Causes Dizziness And Burping?

My parents came from India recently for a short trip. My father is complaining that he is feeling dizzy whenver he looks down. He is also burping alot. Could you please tell me the reason for this. Also please suggest medication for this situation.

I really appreciate your concern, dizzy feel could be vertigo and it could be due to geriatric symptom most of the time it is due to cervical spine pathologies, apart from this dizzy feel could be due to hyperacidity, condition demands the clinical examination and testing it can not be taken as granted routine clinical examination is advisable hope this information helps.
