Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a history of an abnormal t wave. I am currently , and for the last three hours, experiencing dizziness, lack of cognitive focus, right side chest discomfort wIth occasional stabs of pain, and tingling numbness in both arms. I have had similar symptoms before on a lesser scale and been told it was nothing to worry about. When should I worry?
Hi Thank you for trusting HCM I read your query and understand your concern Unfortunately abnormalities of T wave need to be certain with examination to rule out any heart coronary problem It can be done by blood test such as CKMB or even better troponine Anyway the way you described your symptoms don't seems that the cause of your symptoms is heart It seems like an anxiety disorder You should avoid caffeine and energy drinks If your blood test are normal you have nothing to worry about Wish you good health and fast recovery Hope my answer had helped you Don't hesitate to contact me for further information or clarification Regards Dr Drilona Kenga Cardiologist
