Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to an inner ear infection or a sinus infection. You should know that both the sinuses and the inner ear drain in the nasal area. The nasal congestion related to the cold, can block the drainage of the sinuses or the inner ear, leading this clinical situation.
So, there is nothing to worry about any brain tumor! It is not your case!
I would just recommend consulting with the ENT specialist and performing a sinus X ray study. Nasal drops can help. An antibiotic may be needed in case of sinus infection.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best wishes, Dr. Aida
