What Causes Dizziness And Double Vision?

I have had a few episodes where I was dizzy. Never from standing up too quickly. But rather, just going about my day and then a wave of dizziness hit me. Only lasting a few seconds. I have dismissed this until this morning. I was standing in the kitchen making a cup of coffee. I started to get dizzy and then my vision changed. It was almost like I was about to have double vision - my eyes seem to be pulling - causing my head to hurt. It happened twice while I tried to make coffee. That was about 6 hours ago. Should I be concerned? Could the dizzy spells and the episode this morning be related?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This looks like vertigo . You should get your hemoglobin , blood pressure checked and get a MRI brain . Following that you can show to ENT specialist. If all is normal he will advise you some manoeuvres like epleys which you can do. but first you need to rule out any other causes.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
