What Causes Dizziness And Drooping Eye Lid?
I have been having dizzy spells and my eye lid is drooping, my ear and left side of face and behind eye feel full and my neck is stiff.. The room spins and I cannot stand up. I have nausea and dizziness and headaches for several days afterwards. What is wrong?

It seems from the history that you are having nausea, dizziness, headache and dropping of the eyelids.
Along with this pain in the ear and stiff neck point to a ear problem involving the runner ear causing dizziness and to a neurological problem involving the brain as you are having headache, nausea and stiff neck.
