Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dizziness in old age may be due to BPPV or acute labyrinthitis or vestibular neurinitis or drug side effects or infection or cardiac problem like sick sinus syndrome or ischemic heart disease. Other possibilities like multiple lacunar infracts or posterior circulation insufficiency or carotid artery stenosis etc. What about carotid Doppler study or echo report? Please consult your physician/ENT specialist/neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
