What Causes Dizziness And Dull Pain On Top Of The Eye?
this may sound weird, i have had episodes of faint dizziness following a dull pain across the top of my eye and sometimes the opposite pain before dizziness. also notice that if i look from one direction to the other there is dizziness it feels like i am off balance. a couple months ago i did have an episode at work where everything moved and my reaction was to go to floor closing my eyes. what could this be?

It requires complete eye examination and ear examination. It can be ophthalmic neuralgia ophthalmic migraine, and vestibular involvement. Refraction, measurement of IOT fundus examination, ocular muscle movement, diplopia unilateral, or bilateral. Conduction or nerve deaf ness by tuning frock test or rotation test. Any problem detected should be treated. It will give relief from all difficulty
