hi. i am 25 years old female and i feel dizzy and unbalance when outside especially in markets..i have the same feelings in elevators and i feel dizzy when falling asleep.i have feeling like some fluid in flowing in brain when lying in bed. please help..whats wrong with me.

In my opinion, you should get evaluated by your Doctor for conditions that may affect the middle and inner ear function.
An MRI of the brain also may be necessary for a correct diagnosis.
