What Causes Dizziness And Headache After The Head Being Hurt?

I hit the upper back part of my head about 12 hours ago when getting out of the car. I had a horried headache for about 15 mins and then I felt completely fine after a hour. I have now started to feel dizzy but I am tired as its nightI have a heaheadache thay feels like a bad migraine.i didnt black out and I havent been sick. But im scared
