What Causes Dizziness And Headache In A Methamphetamine Addict?
My friend got a instent painful headache, after snorting Cryistal meth. An the headache has made him sick to his stomach an dizzy. Is there anything he can do to make his head stop hurting? He said, He had a migrain! Would a BC Powder help, to make his headache go away?

Your symptoms seem to be related to high blood pressure or a migraine attack. An intracranial hemorrhage can not be excluded either.
For this reason, I recommend you to monitor his blood pressure values and give him Ibuprofen.
If the headache persists, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and a brain CT.
