What Causes Dizziness And High Platelets After Vaginal Hysterectomy?
I just had labs following a Vaginal Hysterectomy, 2 weeks post op. I was feeling light headed and wondered if I was anemic. I did have a couple of episodes of increased heart rate 120 without significant activity. I was a little concerned as I really did not feel well as the rate came back down( which took quite a bit of time) with rest . CBC was slightly on the low side but blood work did show that my platelets were high at 408. Just wondered if I should ask about a follow up or if likely due to the surgery.
