What Causes Dizziness And Hot Flashes?

hi for the past several days I've been experiencing mild dizziness, intermittent nausea and have been feeling shaky, also i constantly feel very hot on the outside and cool on the inside which is causing me to have trouble sleeping which i can only manage if i wear just underwear and leave the window open all night and i still feel warm.

Over the last 5 weeks I've had a cold followed by an ear infection which required antibiotics to get rid of, and i was wondering if this could be related.
