What Causes Dizziness And Lack Of Energy?
My boyfriend just had his testosterone level checked...it was 59. He is 41 yrs old and has been having erectile problems, lack of energy, and has complained of dizzy spells, like he was getting ready to pass out...I m really worried about the dizzy spells...what could be the cause?

Dizzy spells are not due to testosterone levels. He needs detailed evaluation by a physician and neurologist to determine the cause. Work up would include hemoglobin, ECG, Holter, carotid Doppler and Head up tilt test.
