I am a guy age 33 and yes a bit over weight I have been getting really dizzy light headed and having an over all feeling of foggynes in the head at what seems to be random times sometimes it last just a few moments others much longer like any where from 15 to 30 minutes no I do not take any medication no I do not drive
Hello All these symptoms as dizziness, foggyness , light headedness may be due to following possibilities . 1 Hyper tension or hypotension ( as you are 33 years old ,so may be either condition). Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination at the time of this type condition. 2 Anemia may be the next reason of such symptoms ( particularly if you are a female patient). Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination. 3 Hyper acidity may be the next possibility as I have noted in my patients that they develops dizziness due to hyper acidity . 4 Hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia may be the another reason , so please get blood sugar level examination. In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.
