hello,sir,
my mummy age is 45 year old,and she suffering from left ear balancing problume, Feeling Dizzy. our Doctor give vertigon (cinnarizine-25 mg.) tablet when feeling dizzy. so we d't have idea whats a problum with my mummy.so please you help me what i do.

HI.
Dizziness has many causes :
There can an infection of the middle and the inner ear.
There can be increased blood pressure.
The blood vessels supplying the area are affected.

You need to take a consultation of an ENT surgeon and a Neurologist for second opinion if required.

Get the following investigations done ::
CBC, Urine tests, blood sugar and thyroid status.
MRI Angiography and for ears
ENT Endoscopy and clinical testing .
Continue cinnarizine in a proper dose , round the clock.
