What Causes Dizziness And Lowered Heart Beats?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have spinal hyprotopic cardiomyopathy and take verapamil slow release 120mg. Lately I feel slightly dizzy and as though my heart beats to slow around 55 beats per minute. Is this normal and can u get side effects from this drug even when you have been taking it for a couple of years?
