What Causes Dizziness And Mood Swings Post Head Injury?
I fell in August and hit my head on a concrete floor went to er, concussion, It s November the last 2 weeks I get dizzy entitle I turn over in the need to lay on that left side, I ve been getting more confused and very moody through the months just have to get away from people at work. Do I need to be seen again.

You need to be evaluated clinically by a Doctor and have brain imaging done ( MRI) in order to properly diagnose your problem.
There may be delayed subdural hematoma expanding gradually.
