What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Dinner?

After I had couscous and grilled fish for dinner, I felt dizzz and had nausea. I couldn't stand up and had to lie down. When I closed my eyes, the whole world was spinning uncontrollaby. I threw up and felt slightly better, bt the dizziness lasted till the next day. What is wrong?
