What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?
i am a 40 yea old healthy woman. i am on vacation in Italy. yesterday i felt a little dizzy and nautious in the morning but was very benign during the day and night. i was woken up in the middle of the night when my head moved i was spinning. i felt extremley nasious spinning. it is now morning, the symptons are still bad and i cant get out of bed. Help??
