I think post operatively may develop hypotension may cause dizziness. During life line may be they have intubated you that may cause you neck fixed may cause cervical root compression may cause your problem. Other possibilities like ischemic hear disease may develop during cardiac arrest which may leave few amount of myocardial damages may lead to pain.
