HI welcome to HCM.
Low blood sugar levels/hypoglycemia can lead to activation of sympathetic nervous system leading to outpouring of counter regulatory hormones into the circulation. This can lead to symptoms like excessive sweating, palpitations, chest pain, dizziness and tremors. These symptoms can be promptly corrected by administration of glucose25% solution as bolus.Maintain your blood glucose well above 70mg%.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
