dizzyness/lightheaded almost fainting with tingling in my tongue I also suffer from raynauds and i am exhausted. i also have hypertension and currently take lysinapril. my pressure is 130/84 yesterday i had a full battery of blood testing and am waiting for the results, however i am not at all feeling well today. any ideas?
Hi welcome to HCM. The low blood pressure in your case is due to orthostatic hypotension secondary to autonomic dysfunction as evidenced by Raynauds phenomenon.Lowering the daily dose of LIsiopril can help to prevent the episodes of dizziness.Hydrate yourself adequately with 3-4 liters of water everyday.Regular physical exercise will help.In refractory cases, drugs like midodrine and fludrocortisone will help.Consult your cardiologist for further help. Thank you
