Hi welcome to HCM.
The low blood pressure in your case is due to orthostatic hypotension secondary to autonomic dysfunction as evidenced by Raynauds phenomenon.Lowering the daily dose of LIsiopril can help to prevent the episodes of dizziness.Hydrate yourself adequately with 3-4 liters of water everyday.Regular physical exercise will help.In refractory cases, drugs like midodrine and fludrocortisone will help.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you
