What Causes Dizziness And Vision Problem?

I am 64 yrs old otherwise healthy - i had a few instances today of my eyes crossing and i felt little dizzy each time. corrected very quickly, but it happened about 3 to 4 times within about an hour. I had lense replacements a year ago but no after effects. Did a lot of computer work today but used to working on computer most time of day.

Already advised refraction muscular mobility test fo both eye. Fundus examination. For coputer use anti glare glass artifitialtear drop like moisol. Keep the coputer screen at your eye level. Put another light on inyour computer room. It should work or else consult eye doctor.
