What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting Along With Pressure In Chest?

My husband had dizziness and vomiting 3 days ago. Now he is lightheaded again and has a dull pain in the center of his back and pressure in his chest. He has pressure in his chest very often and suffers from GERD. Could this dizziness be heart related? Thank you, Tami

feature is suggestive of GERD, if any risk factor present then evaluation needed to rule out any cardiac ds, which is very unlikely. dizziness can be due to hypotension/hypertension, hypo/hyper glycemia or simple vertigo. for now stat Proton Pump Inhibitors for 4 weeks.
