What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting Post Alcohol Consumption?
a few weeks ago I had an episode after dinner, 2 glasses of wine. I first ate some early cherries straight off the tree, then had dinner. Then started feeling dizzy, threw up everything and cleaned out the other end, profuse sweating(buckets). then extreme vertigo, very faint and dizzy, rapid breathing, lethargic. was able to drink water after about 45 minutes and started to come out of it. Heat exhaustion? T. I A.? Cherry pit poisoning?

If you include confusion and red face you have the classic INSECTICIDE POISONING. Heat exhaustion is possible. Other food poisonings with common germs is also possible.
