Hi! Today I got upset and began to feel really dizzy. Voices talking directly talking to me began to sound like echos. My vision blurred at first but then everything became white and eventually I could only see outlines. I almost fell into the chair that I was about to sit on.Should I be concerned

It seems from the history that you are having dizziness, echoing voice and blurred vision. All these symptoms indicate vertigo and the causes can be peripheral like diseases of the inner ear and central causes like neurological causes involving the central nervous system.
