HI I work in very Hot places / like attics of residential Homes / my ? is ... i never used to till recently & iam now 61 yy / but I get dizzy & almost pass out this ensense heat / 120 -140 + f .... this is something new to me / it's all of a sudden last few months / I've been working in these hot attics for almost 20 yrs now with never any problems like this until now / any ideas ?? Thank you .....O & after I cool off for awhile like sitting in the vans AC for a few mins i am fine again & can do other work around the job ... just NOT these Hot Attics
You may be getting dehydrated. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids when you are working in very hot spaces. If it continues, see your doctor for a blood pressure check and some blood tests.
