What Causes Dizziness Episodes While Lying Down Or Bending Down?
Twice this week while lying in bed watching tv all of a sudden I get really dizzy, it just happen know really bad. It happened about a week ago also I was at the theatre sitting and some one was looking at there phone in the same row across the iale I looked and when I looked away I got dizzy. So with the one just now makes 3 in 1-1/2 weeks. Thank you

Sudden dizziness can be because of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo .It is usually triggered by specific changes in the position of your head.
Or it may be because of Posural hypotension,Stress,Anaemia,CSOM or due to excessive excercise.
