What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue, Diarrhea And Lack Of Taste?

For 2 weeks now I have been dizzy, lightheaded. And completely fatigued...and every thing smells times a millon..and its discusting...things that I love stink and I have been able to eat for about that long..well everything tastes like chalk and it stinks and then when I try to eat it my belly feels full and I cant eat..I feel like im dying...I also have diarrhea like water...I really have liked the taste of any liquid except maybe 3 days ago I found that 100% welches grapes juice seems to smell and taste fine to me on ice so I been doing that but I can only pee about a tsp when I go feels like I gotta to go all the time and some times I dont pee at all..negative I n the pregnancy test and then I started so I scratched that off ....am I gonna die?I dont have the money to pay you to answer my question so why is call ask a dr for free if you gotta pay for it..

Noted the history of dizziness and lightheadedness for 2 weeks - fatigue, enhanced smell sensation, being disgusting, belly feels full, watery diarrhea, urinary trouble like you have explained, negative pregnancy test ...
All your history is suggestive that you have gastroenteritis with its symptoms that need the following:
Tests of stool, blood and urine
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor for clinical diagnosis and added on by the investigation reports.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, Domperidone, PPI like Omeprazole should help you to get alright.
