What Causes Dizziness Followed By Headache After Shower?

hi good to have you here sir .

actullay i live in pakistan where i have a water boiler in my washroom to have hot water from because its winter here. i was taking shower today and i feel drowzy and it was really hard so just got out of there because there was alot of gass out from the geasor spread in washroom. now i am having headech and i did not contacted any of physician of doctor regarding this please let me know what should i do. pardon me for my language i am not that much litrate.
