What Causes Dizziness Followed By Severe Pain In Right Foot?

I have had no appetite lately. I started feeling dizzy like I was going to pass out. The last few nights my right foot heel hurt like I had a splinter then last night the whole right foot hurt to the touch like it was on fire. 3 weeks ago I had my fourth cervical spine surgery but the incisions looks good. Should I have block work done? Could I have cancer?

After going through your query I came to know that your cervical spine surgery has been done. You are feelings that you are gone and thinking about that you got cancer. Don't worry these are not symptoms of cancer. You have symptoms of neurological involvement. Mecobalamin will be of help. Strong analgesics such as tramadol can be of help. If it is not controlled by analgesic then nerve block can be considered. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
