Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi im 16 im not sexually active but i just puked even though i have not felt sick what so ever today and still dont even after feeling sick, but just before puking i became extremely dizzy and disoriented is this something i should be concerned about?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Surely yes, you should be concerned as you have had a spell of dizziness that causes nausea and vomiting as a natural reflex action of the body. It is better to get a clinical evaluation and examination by your Family Physician to see if there was any problems like flu, central nervous system or any other general problems that cause the dizziness. If anything is found, you may be ordered relevant further investigations and prescribed further management or referral to the Specialist if need be. Also watch for further such attacks and notify the probable instigating or enhancing factors so that a proper history will help your Doctor for clinical diagnosis and proper management.
