I think you need to consult physician for proper examination,investigations and than start with treatment after conforming diagnosis.
If all investigations are normal than i would suggest you to take,
-Tab triphala guggulu 1 tab twice a day after food.
Chyavanpras 2 tsp with milk.
As this medicine is not given without prescription consult to local doctor.
