Today i got up and took a shower im guessing from all the steam and humidity it made me faint. Whilst i was getting out of the shower i felt extremely dizzy and nauseous. My vision began to go in and out all blurry like.so i sat on the toilet and held onto the sink. The next thing i know i was on the floor and my head on the wall. I hit my head hard because i heard it and felt it. My head hurts so bad and i feel disoriented. Do you think something is wrong or is this normal.? Im an 18 yr old girl.
