What Causes Dizziness, Headaches And Pain In Testicles?
I have a friend who is a typical stubborn man. He has been having dizzy spells and headaches for the last several weeks that are getting progressively worse and started getting pain in his right testicle within the last week or so. He has had some blood flow issues to his left leg and is on blood thinners and thinks that it is just another side effect to meds. Any ideas what can be causing this and how to convince him in to seeing a Doctor??
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood your history about your friend. He is stubborn and does not want to see a Doctor in spite of dizziness, headache, right testicular pain, blood flow issues to the left leg and is on blood thinners. The major issue is that since he is on blood thinners, even the slightest of trauma can cause too much of complications. You will have to tell him that even a trivial trauma can cause head injury and blotting inside the brain to cause dizziness and headache for which a clinical evaluation and examination and CT scan oft the brain and mastoids is required. Another issues related to the right testicular pain and the blood flow may or may not be related to the blood thinners and hence these two need an opinion of a General Surgeon for proper diagnosis, investigations and treatment.
