What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Painful Cheek?
I have been feeling a bit queezy last couple of days feeling quite dizzy and at times nausea and yesterday was trembley today i still feel the same but experiencing pins an needles in the left side of my cheek and jaw and my lips feel tingly. other than that for about the ladt twelve week i have had pains from my shoulder down my arm and pins and needles in my thumb and forefinger. i just wondet what it could be as i am beginning to feel very unwell

hello thanks for consulting at hcm,,it could be due to vitamin deficiencies which could be causing tingling sensations,,any infected teeth in the oral cavity??kindly dont neglect if ur feeling unwell plz consult asap ..neurologist for ur tingling feeling/cardiologist since ur having nausea, shoulder pain it is on the left side..and finally a dentist to c and evaluate ur dental status..hope it helps..tc
