What Causes Dizziness , Nausea , Headache And Brownish Vaginal Discharge?

Hi i been on the depo shot for almost 10 months and i was due for depo shot on june 22 and i get irregular periods and had 2 pregnancy and 1 child and had my child on aug. 20 2014 and have a gallbladder problem and more than 2months ago my hpv come out positive and they said my results where mild and i been having unprotected sex and i feel cramping,dizziness,nauseous,headace,and have brown discharge and uncomfortable sex .can i be pregnant .i went to the clinic yesterday and took a pregnancy test and it came out negative .what can it be ?

I share your concern
Pain in abdomen with thick vaginal discharge might be related to infection like PID or endometritis.

If I were your doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like blood profile CBC liver and kidney function test and urine culture and sensitivity tests as well as vaginal swab culture or an ultrasound if need be.

You may require a course of antibiotics either oral tablets or vaginal pessaries under supervision of your doctor

Have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
Use condoms or avoid sex until you recover fully.
