Good Day

A few things would need to be determined suh as: did you suffer major blood loss during delivery, and are you still spotting? Your iron may be low. Iron is responsible for carrying oxygen throughout the body. However, It is not only about taking an iron tablet. If you are vegan you may take Iron Glycinate (Foods: spinache, lentils, kale, golden beats etc), and if you are not vegan get a Heme Iron tablet and quality meats a few times a week ie organic grain fed lamb, chicken, eggs. Very important to include vitamin C to aid in absorption of the iron. Then a good Vitamin B 12 for the formation of red blood cells. Take deep breaths for about 10 minutes a day preferably outdoors. Drink adequate amount of spring water per day. For example take your body weight in pounds and devide that number by 2. That is the amount of water in Ounces you should have every day.

Your body went through major hormonal and adrenal changes. So I would also get your thyroid checked. Somtimes thyroid symptoms mimic anemic symptoms. For example kelp is great for an underactive thyroid.

All the best.
